The house Can Dea

The Can Dea holiday home is a beautiful detached house with a large, sunny pool area and a shaded veranda with sea views.

The house is situated 3.5 km from the beach in a quiet residential area and can accommodate 6 to 8 people.

The house comprises two separate flats: the main flat upstairs, which sleeps up to 6 people, has three bedrooms (one of which is a walk-through room), two bathrooms and a spacious living area with a terrace.

The separate two-bedroom flat is situated on the lower level of the house. This can be rented in addition if required. The house is always let for exclusive use, so booking the flat on its own is only possible in exceptional cases upon request.

The whole house has high-speed internet (fibre-optic) and central heating, making a stay here attractive even in the cooler months, especially as there are lovely walking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity.

Smoking is not permitted in the house. The rooms are fitted with smoke alarms.

A garage for one car is available. Further free parking spaces are available on the street. Outside the flat, there is a separate room with a washing machine at your disposal. There is also storage space here for beach gear and similar items.

The spacious outdoor area features several barbecue facilities and is equipped with seating and sun loungers. Parasols are, of course, also available

From the upper terrace, there is a beautiful view of the sea and the Medes Islands, as well as inland towards the Pyrenees.

Pets are permitted upon prior arrangement for an additional charge of 25 euros to cover the extra cleaning cost



The main flat on the upper floor comprises a large open-plan living and dining area with an adjoining kitchen. The living area features a large dining table and a television. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped, has ample worktop space and a small breakfast bar with bar stools. A large glass door offers sea views from here as well as access to the terrace. The terrace is partially covered and, across its 60 m², offers both sunny and shaded areas, including a brick-built barbecue. The terrace is an ideal summer dining area.

There are two bedrooms with double beds. One of these leads into a small separate living room with a second television and a sofa bed (1.40 m wide). Behind this is a large bathroom with a shower and toilet. The resulting privacy of the bedroom, living room and bathroom makes this area ideal as a family sleeping area.
Another bathroom, also with a shower and toilet, is situated between the two double bedrooms and the open-plan living area.

On the pool terrace level, there is a self-contained flat covering 45 m², comprising a  bedroom with a double bed, a large living and dining area with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

The private swimming pool, measuring 8 by 4 metres and with a water depth of between 1.20 m and 1.60 m, is the perfect place to cool off. The spacious terrace is equipped with sun loungers, several stone tables and a barbecue.

The pool is professionally maintained all year round.
